"I recently became a client here. My direct agent is Iris Ramirez and this agency has been extremely helpful and supportive. We had Progressive before and it felt so distant and unhelpful. My husband was recently hit from behind and they have done everything in their power to assist us with navigating the situation. We were not liable, but they have stepped in to fight on our behalf.
